All mobile homes placed inside the city limits of the City of Ranger have to have the permit filed with the City of Ranger in advance. If the home is older than 10 years of age, it must go before City Council. If new or within 10 years of manufacture date, the form must be filled and receive approval from the Mayor and City Manager.

Business Peddlers, Solicitors, and Vendors must submit this permit application prior to conducting services. Permit will take 48 hours to be processed. Applications can be submitted to the City of Ranger by email at citysecretary@rangertx.gov or in person at 400 W. Main Street Ranger, Texas 76470.
